Cancellation & Refund Policy

D- 30 days- no cancellation fees will be incurred for date modifications. In the event of a complete cancellation, a deduction of 25% will be applied solely for refunds to cover the expenses and for our invested time.

Between D29- to – 48 hrs. prior to the tour- 50% cancellation charges for cancelling the tour or reducing the no of participants or for the date change.

Within 48 Hrs. of the tour-any change will be considered as a NO SHOW and cost 100% of the total amount. Date change is not allowed.
